Dear Skimmer Families,

Just a few quick reminders as we move through the season:

1. Practice Starts Promptly at 6:00 PM
Please do your best to arrive a little earlier so your swimmer is ready to get in the water at 6:00 PM sharp. Every minute counts, and being prepared at the start of practice helps the entire team.

2. Black & Gold Meet – Friday, May 31st
Our fun Black & Gold meet is coming up on Friday, May 31st.
Please log in at https://deltaskimmers.swimtopia.com/login to:

• Sign your swimmer up for the meet
• Or decline participation if you won’t be attending
• Sign up for a job during the meet

We rely on parent volunteers to make our meets run smoothly. If you have questions about any of the job roles, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we're happy to go over them with you!

Signing in or declining attendance helps the coaches plan relays and finalize the meet file in the system.

3. SwimTopia App
If you haven’t already, you can download the SwimTopia app and use your same login credentials to manage your swimmer’s schedule and meet sign-ups right from your phone.

4. Team Suits Still Available
There’s still time to order your team suits if you haven’t done so yet. You’ll find the link under the Practice / Equipment section of our website.
