Join the rodeo & ride into our Wednesday night meet in full western attire! i.e. Cowboy hats, flannels, boots, plaid, horse tshirts, etc.
Thu-Fri Jul 9-10	Car Decorating Night! AHS Parking Lot Start: 5:30 PM End: 7:30 PM Join us in decorating your car for the big ECI weekend ahead! *Please bring your own paint pens for decorating* *Only a very small amount of paint pens will be available for general use.

Fri Jul 10	Carb Load Dinner Deer Valley High School Start: 5:30 PM End: 6:30 PM Pre-Event Night Information Join us the night before the big event for a fun and exciting evening! Here’s what to expect: Car Decorating: We’ll have markers available for swimmers to decorate car windows. Practice & Parent Meeting: Swimmers will practice at 5:30 PM, and parents will have a quick meeting during practice. Dinner: Dinner will begin around 6:30PM. It’s a Carb Load-Up dinner to fuel up for tomorrow’s meet. Tomorrow’s Schedule Warm-Ups: Start promptly at 7:10 AM. Volunteer Opportunities We need 4 extra volunteers to help with Friday set up & clean-up on Sunday, which will take about an hour. Volunteers will receive a prime parking spot for the entire weekend as a thank-you! Sign up through the job app. Hospitality Donations Please bring your assigned dish and hospitality donation (enough for your family + 4). Be sure to pick up your dish and utensils at the end of the evening—any unclaimed items will be disposed of. Dish Assignments: A-F: Warm pasta dish + hospitality item whole watermelon G-L: Cold pasta dish + hospitality item grapes M-R: Vegetables (cold or warm) + hospitality item strawberries S-Z: Cut fruit + hospitality item oranges Tuck-In for 8 & Under Skimmers and first year Skimmers If you signed up for a tuck-in, please ensure you’re home by 7:30PM. The East County Invitational is a premier swim event that the Antioch Delta Skimmers have proudly hosted for 49 years. This prestigious invitational welcomes over 1,500 swimmers from various teams, making it one of the largest and most exciting swim meets in the region! As our biggest annual fundraiser, ECI plays a vital role in supporting our team and its programs. We rely on the active participation of all Antioch Delta Skimmers and their families to ensure its continued success. We will have a spirit contest by families or groups. Please decorate your tent area, and dress up with any theme you desire! Let's see which family has the most team spirit! Mark your calendars for this fun and exciting long weekend! Join us for a thrilling weekend of fun competition with local teams and special events planned for everyone. Let’s work together to make this year’s ECI unforgettable!
