We are excited to welcome 11 teams and over 1,000 swimmers for a weekend of sportsmanship, personal achievements, and unforgettable memories. This is our 48th ECI, with only one missed year—a true legacy event!

🔑 Key Details

• Location: Freedom High School
• Teams: 11
• Swimmers: Over 1,000
• Focus: Team spirit, great sportsmanship, and personal bests

📅 Schedule:

• • 6:00PM – Carb Load Dinner
  • 6:15 PM – Parent Meeting
  • Swimmer Tuck-In Sign Up – Final chance!
  • Buddy Gifts due if participating
  • Bring back Buddy Posters by Thursday, July 10
• Saturday: Start at 9:00 AM, ends ~3:30 PM
• Sunday: Start at 9:00 AM, ends ~4:00 PM
• Awards Ceremony: ~30 mins after Sunday’s last event near snack bar
• Sunday ECI Awards Dinner Tickets – Purchase by 1:00 PM Sunday
  • Awards only (no dinner)? Join us at 7:00 PM – every swimmer will be recognized!

📝 Assignments & Important Info

• Warm-Up Schedule 6:50 for our team
• Team Volunteer Assignments Please sign up on the pool deck!
  • All families must sign up for a shift each day
  • Missed volunteer shift = $50 charge/day
  • If your swimmer doesn’t swim, you lose the $30/day credit
  • Programs and Preferred parking! You will need to have a program to see what heat your swimmer swims. We will not be printing this for the team for this event.

• Pollywog Races: Sunday morning
• Coach & Parent Relays: End of Sunday events
• Duck Derby: Just before relays – Buy a Duck
• Zoom Photography: Register Here If want action shots of your swimmer.
• Team Spirit contest decorate your tent area wear a costume have fun.

🏟 Pool Deck Rules

• Walkways: Marked paths from Clerk of Course to 8 & under blocks
• Spectating: Scoreboard side only for ages 9+
• No viewing: Behind blocks or in deck/grass areas
• No deck access: For families (except coaches & Jr. coaches)
• No photos/videos behind blocks
• Swimmer Marking Rules:
  • No writing events on arms/legs
  • Clerk will mark swims
  • 8 & Unders: Write name on upper back

🧍Swimmer Check-In

• All swimmers must pass through the Clerk of Course
• Late = Scratched (responsibility on swimmer/parent)
