We have a lot of exciting things coming up as we head into ECI weekend, so please take a moment to review the reminders and upcoming events below and on the website. 

ECI Volunteer Sign-Ups
If you have not signed up yet, we still need everyone to sign up for volunteer jobs. These positions need to be filled in order for the meet to run successfully. A board with available jobs is posted on deck. Please take a moment to review it and sign up.

Also, please check the team website for all dates, times, and event information.

Buddy Boards Due – July 7
Coach Shelby needs completed buddy boards by July 7th. Time to get those creative kids busy!

Awards Dinner – July 12
Please remember that you will need to pre-pay and sign up for the Awards Dinner on July 12th at The Spot Bar and Grille 1509 A St, Antioch, CA 94509

Let's show our amazing coaches some love and appreciation for all of their hard work this season! Please follow the appreciation schedule below:

Monday, July 6: Fresh Fruit
Tuesday, July 7: Sweet Treats
Please note: Coach Shelby and Coach Suzye do not eat wheat products.
Thursday, July 9: $5 Gift Cards

Designated coach baskets will be available on deck for your gifts.

Join the rodeo and ride into our Wednesday night meet dressed in your best western attire!

Ideas include:

• Cowboy hats
• Flannels
• Boots
• Plaid
• Horse-themed shirts and more!

July 9 – Car Decorating Night
Get ready for the big ECI weekend ahead and join us for car decorating night!

Please bring your own paint pens for decorating. A very limited number of paint pens will be available for general use.

We have a fun and exciting week ahead and appreciate all of our families for helping make this season such a success. Thank you for all you do, and we'll see everyone on deck!
