• Every family will be asked to provide a timer for at least 2 hours during the two days.
• Once you commit to the Invitational the Treasurer will be sending an invoice to be paid. Because this is an Invitational we MUST have everyone entered and fees paid by June 9, 2026

          🏊 Warm-Ups
          Coach supervision is required for all swimmers.
          Open format (Lanes 1 & 5 = starts/sprints, one direction only)
          Saturday & Sunday:
          
          • 7:30–7:55 AM → Ages 11–18
          • 7:55–8:20 AM → Ages 9–12 (11/12 may swim either time)
          • 8:20–8:45 AM → Ages 8 & Under
          💡 Sunday Note:
          8 & Under swimmers start at 12:30 PM (warm-up optional)
          During Meet:
          
          • Lanes 10 & 11 = warm-up/cool-down (13–18 only)
