Sat May 16	Special Olympics Volunteer Oppurtunity Freedom High School Pool 1050 Neroly Rd Oakley, CA 94561 Start: 8:30 AM End: 8:30 PM Special Olympics Northern California can use your help for one of our biggest competitions. Join us as we cheer on 600 Special Olympics athletes as they go for the gold! This regional competition is the culmination of the track & field, swimming, and tennis seasons for athletes from Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, Humboldt, and Solano Counties. Volunteers 10-13 years of age need to be accompanied by a parent who is also registered to volunteer. Online waivers for volunteers under 18 years of age must be signed by parents. PollyWogs Swim Lessons PollyWog Registration Private lesson with an experienced teacher The Antioch Delta Skimmers Swim Team is excited to offer a fun and engaging learn to swim program designed just for our youngest swimmers! This is a first jump toward becoming a strong skimmer... Mon Apr 27	🧑‍🎓Stroke and Turn Clinic hosted by County Meet The Greenery Restaurant -1551 Marchbanks Dr., Walnut Creek Start: 6:00 PM End: 7:30 PM There will be a Stroke and Turn clinic open to all summer recreational swim teams at The Greenery Restaurant (1551 Marchbanks Dr.) which is directly across the street from the Heather Farm's pool. This is a free clinic for anyone interested, and is for all experience levels, including those who have never performed the role. This will be led by our head Stroke and Turn officials at the County Meet. The clinic will be held in the banquet room at The Greenery. No food or drink will be provided, but it will be available to purchase. No RSVP with County Committee is necessary.

Dates: April 7-April 9, 2026 Time: 5:30pm-7:30pm Ages 11-18 practice 5:30-6:45 Ages 6& Under -10 practice 6:45-7:30 We’re thrilled to invite your friends to experience the fun of the Skimmers! Join us for a special introduction to our team where your friends can: Enjoy 30 minutes of swim skill introductions with our coaches Have 15 minutes of free swim time End each day with a tasty snack Bring a friend and receive a Skimmer shirt or gift! If your friend enjoys their time and decides to sign up, you’ll earn a $25 referral credit—and you can refer as many friends as you like! House 1090 S Central Parkway Mountain House Start: 8:30 AM Warm-up: 7:45 AM End: 4:30 PM (estimated) 🏊♀️ East County Swim League Championship – Saturday, July 26, 2025 🏊♂️ 📍 Location: Mountain House 1090 S Central Parkway Mountain House 🕖 Warm-ups Begin: 7:45 AM 🏁 Meet Start Time: 8:30 AM Join us for a fun and competitive day of swimming, featuring: 🏁 Kickboard Race 👨👩👧👦 Parent Relays 🧢 Coaches Relays Important Meet Details: ✅ The meet will be run on SwimTopia ✅ All swimmers will go through Clerk of the Course ✅ Do NOT write events or numbers on swimmers' arms – this will be handled at Clerk of the Course ✅ Swimmers age 8 & under: Please write last name and first initial on their back in sharpie ✅ All swimmers: Please check in with your coach before leaving in case you've won a High Point Award 🌴 ECSL Spirit Beach Day – Let’s Match! We're coordinating fun matching outfits this year!
