We encourage everyone to pre-order tickets to help us plan for a great event. This is our 5th Annual Boat Building Challenge, and everyone is invited! Gather your friends and family, create your team ahead of time, or join us at the event and we'll help find a team. β We provide all the cardboard, duct tape, and box cutters needed to build your boat. Just bring your creativity, teamwork, and sense of adventure! Come enjoy a day filled with creativity, teamwork, laughter, and friendly competition. Information from Oak Hurst We are looking forward to a meet filled with great swimming, spirit, and sportsmanship. Oakhurst is located at 1001 Peacock Creek Drive in Clayton. Please see below for helpful details to communicate to your team. Meet Date: Saturday, June 6, 2026 Start times: Your warm ups are from 8:15-8:45 a.m. The meet will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. We will utilize fly over starts. Parking: We have ample parking in the lower lot located on Peacock Creek Drive. A sign will direct you to swim meet parking and a golf cart will shuttle you to the pool. Swimmers and equipment (chairs, etc.) may be dropped off at the pool prior to parking. There is no parking in the upper lot at this meet due to a country club event (see map below). Elevator Access: Our pool is located at the bottom of a flight of stairs. There is also an elevator in the main building. Deck Space: Our deck and lawn space is very limited. You are welcome to set up on the left half of the grass, the pool deck, or on the concrete breezeway above the pool. It is very important that all parents and team members respect the pathways and deck areas roped/taped off. Please do not begin setting up before 7:30 am.If you opt to set up on the pool deck, please be aware that there is no setup on the pool deck until after 7:45 am. 8 & Unders: Your staging area for 8U is behind the iron fence located at the entrance to the pool. Timers do not move during the meet. They will dive from low blocks on the turn end of the pool. Food/Beverage: We will have a combination of a snack shack and food trucks at this meet. |

Special Olympics Northern California can use your help for one of our biggest competitions. Join us as we cheer on 600 Special Olympics athletes as they go for the gold! This regional competition is the culmination of the track & field, swimming, and tennis seasons for athletes from Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, Humboldt, and Solano Counties. Volunteers 10-13 years of age need to be accompanied by a parent who is also registered to volunteer. Online waivers for volunteers under 18 years of age must be signed by parents. There will be a Stroke and Turn clinic open to all summer recreational swim teams at The Greenery Restaurant (1551 Marchbanks Dr.) which is directly across the street from the Heather Farm's pool. This is a free clinic for anyone interested, and is for all experience levels, including those who have never performed the role. This will be led by our head Stroke and Turn officials at the County Meet. The clinic will be held in the banquet room at The Greenery. No food or drink will be provided, but it will be available to purchase. No RSVP with County Committee is necessary. |
