Coaches Week

Please help us celebrate our wonderful coaches next week July 22-July 26, 2024!

Please do not feel obligated to give to all the coaches. I am sure your swimmer has a specific coach they have connected with.

Monday- Gift Cards

Tuesday- Treat or Gift

Thursday- Thank you Notes We will have paper and pens on the pool deck!

Coach Suzye is gluten free and does not care for tropical fruit

Pollywogs! On Tuesday please pick up a flier to take home and draw a picture or write something nice to your Skimmer Buddy that has been helping you.

Don't forget to get your raffle ticket when you check in.

After the pool is cleaned up we will have dinner and awards. Approximately 5:30p.m.

ALL Swimmers will be recognized. Please come out and enjoy dinner and relax with us after a long weekend.

This is a fun event for the night before our event. We will have markers to decorate our car windows.

Swimmers will practice at 6:00  we will have a quick parent meeting while swimmers are practicing, and eat by about 6:15

Warm-ups at 7:10a.m. Tomorrow

Also in addition to volunteer spots we are looking for 4 extra people to help clean up on Sunday. This will take about 1 hour. For your help we we give your family a prime parking spot the entire weekend. Sign up on the job app.

Please bring the dish and assigned hospitality donation, (enough for your family, plus 4). Please be sure to pick up your dish at th end of the evening. All Dishes and utensils will be disposed of at the end of the evening.
