House 1090 S Central Parkway Mountain House Start: 8:30 AM Warm-up: 7:45 AM End: 4:30 PM (estimated) 🏊♀️ East County Swim League Championship – Saturday, July 26, 2025 🏊♂️ 📍 Location: Mountain House 1090 S Central Parkway Mountain House 🕖 Warm-ups Begin: 7:45 AM 🏁 Meet Start Time: 8:30 AM Join us for a fun and competitive day of swimming, featuring: 🏁 Kickboard Race 👨👩👧👦 Parent Relays 🧢 Coaches Relays Important Meet Details: ✅ The meet will be run on SwimTopia ✅ All swimmers will go through Clerk of the Course ✅ Do NOT write events or numbers on swimmers' arms – this will be handled at Clerk of the Course ✅ Swimmers age 8 & under: Please write last name and first initial on their back in sharpie ✅ All swimmers: Please check in with your coach before leaving in case you've won a High Point Award 🌴 ECSL Spirit Beach Day – Let’s Match! We're coordinating fun matching outfits this year! Get your themed shirt here: 👕 Women’s Shirt 👕 Men’s Shirt We’ll have a decorated tent area and a fun photo backdrop — don’t miss out!🎉 Post-Championship Celebration 🏆 After the meet, we’ll gather at Tandoori Pizza for the Championship Awards and End-of-Season Celebration! 🍕 Pizza will be provided for all swimmers. Families are welcome to join and can order additional items from the menu. 🧹 Board members, coaches, and the takedown crew will arrive approximately 1 hour after the meet concludes. Let’s end the season with great swims, team spirit, and a fun celebration!

Sat-Sun Jul 12-13 2025	East County Invitational - 2025 use this one Freedom High School Warm-up: 7:00 AM East County Invitational (ECI) The East County Invitational is a premier swim event that the Antioch Delta Skimmers have proudly hosted for 46 years. This prestigious invitational welcomes over 1,500 swimmers from various teams, making it one of the largest and most exciting swim meets in the region. As our biggest annual fundraiser, ECI plays a vital role in supporting our team and its programs. We rely on the active participation of all Antioch Delta Skimmers and their families to ensure its continued success. We will have a spirit contest by families or groups. Please decorate your tent area, and dress up. Any theme you desire. Let's see which family has the most team spirit. Mark your calendars for this fun and exciting long weekend! Join us for a thrilling weekend of fun competition with local teams and special events planned for everyone. Let’s work together to make this year’s ECI unforgettable!
Fri Jul 11 2025	Carb load Dinner Freedom High Start: 6:00 PM End: 7:00 PM Pre-Event Night Information Join us the night before the big event for a fun and exciting evening! Here’s what to expect: Car Decorating: We’ll have markers available for swimmers to decorate car windows. Practice & Parent Meeting: Swimmers will practice at 6:00 PM, and parents will have a quick meeting during practice. Dinner: Dinner will begin around 6:30PM. It’s a Carb Load-Up dinner to fuel up for tomorrow’s meet. Tomorrow’s Schedule Warm-Ups: Start promptly at 7:10 AM. Volunteer Opportunities We need 4 extra volunteers to help with clean-up on Sunday, which will take about an hour. Volunteers will receive a prime parking spot for the entire weekend as a thank-you! Sign up through the job app. Hospitality Donations Please bring your assigned dish and hospitality donation (enough for your family + 4). Be sure to pick up your dish and utensils at the end of the evening—any unclaimed items will be disposed of. Dish Assignments: A-F: Warm pasta dish + hospitality item whole watermelon G-L: Cold pasta dish + hospitality item grapes M-R: Vegetables (cold or warm) + hospitality item strawberries S-Z: Cut fruit + hospitality item oranges Tuck-In for 8 & Under Skimmers and first year Skimmers If you signed up for a tuck-in, please ensure you’re home by 7:30PM. We’re planning a few simple ways to show our appreciation—and you’re invited to participate in whatever way feels right for your family. No pressure to give to every coach—your swimmer likely has a special connection with one or two in particular! 💝 Schedule of Events: Monday (June 23) – Gift Card Day Bring a gift card for a coach your swimmer appreciates! Tuesday (June 24) – Sign-a-Shirt & Note Writing Day Stop by the table before getting in the water to: ✔️ Sign a special thank-you shirt ✔️ Write a sweet note to your coach—we’ll have notes and pens available! Thursday (June 26) – Sweet Treat Day Bring a little treat to brighten your coach’s day!(Please note: Coach Suzye and Coach Shelby are gluten-free.
